Kendall Ridge

Kendall Ridge is one of Long Reach’s four neighborhoods. The village history traces Kendall to older land-grant maps and records a practical difference from the other three neighborhoods: a neighborhood center was not built alongside its pool.

Recreation and resident resources

Kendall Ridge Pool, at 8245 Tamar Drive, has beach-entry main and wading pools, a hot tub, sand volleyball and a shaded party area available for rental. Columbia Association lists lifts for the main pool and hot tub. Its schedule, status page and admissions guidance are the starting points for planning a seasonal visit or discussing a particular access need.

Residential association names add another layer to local addresses. Long Reach’s townhouse and condominium directory places Arborside, Brookside and Abington in Kendall Ridge and lists their associated streets. Use that directory to identify the organization relevant to a specific property. For village matters, the Long Reach Community Association operates from Stonehouse at 6110 Foreland Garth. That shared village office is separate from the neighborhood’s pool and individual residential associations.
