Neighborhood
Clary's Forest
Clary’s Forest is a Hickory Ridge neighborhood with a pool on Little Patuxent Parkway and access to shared village resources.
Clary’s Forest is one of the three neighborhoods that make up Hickory Ridge in Columbia. The village history dates its development to the mid-1980s, after Hawthorn and Clemens Crossing.
Recreation on Little Patuxent Parkway
The neighborhood’s Clary’s Forest Pool is at 11615 Little Patuxent Parkway. Columbia Association lists a six-lane main pool with beach entry and a mushroom fountain, a shaded wading pool, a hot tub and sand volleyball. The operator’s page provides links to admission policies, schedules and current status. Use those details to plan a seasonal visit rather than assuming a residential address includes pool access.
For a different kind of outing, Hickory Ridge’s facilities guide points residents toward nearby nature resources, including Robinson Nature Center on Cedar Lane and the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area. These are separate destinations with their own entrances and rules. Village information, event notices and pathway maps are available through the association office at the Hawthorn Center. The pool, village office and nature destinations each have a separate address to use when planning an outing.
