Constant Friendship

Constant Friendship’s most recognizable commercial anchor is its shopping center at Routes 24 and 924 in Abingdon. The center’s own information describes a mix of home, clothing, food, fitness and convenience uses. This is an area for combining errands and appointments, with individual businesses setting their own hours.

Use the storefront address

A current leasing listing identifies the center at 3484 Emmorton Road, also known as MD 924. Use the business’s specific address and entrance when planning a stop. The broader Constant Friendship name covers more than one storefront or parking aisle, and a center listing is not a guarantee that a particular tenant remains in place.

Check the interchange approach

The nearby I-95/MD 24 reconstruction project is changing ramps and traffic patterns as work proceeds for the northbound express toll lanes. Consult MDTA’s current advisories before a first visit instead of relying on an older description of an exit or turn.

For residents, the useful distinction is between the shopping destination and the highway approach. Confirm the store or service first, then check the route and parking entrance that fit that particular stop.
