Downs on the Severn

Downs on the Severn has separate association resources for its marinas, pool and community swim team. New residents can use that directory to identify the right application, contact or activity calendar.

Start with the association’s resource directory

Downs on the Severn organizes much of its shared recreation through the property owners association. Its public resource directory separates Clements Creek Marina, Brewer Creek Marina, the pool and neighborhood information. For a new resident, that organization is useful: a question about a boat slip belongs with the marina process, while a pool or community activity has a different contact.

Boating and swimming use separate channels

The association lists slip applications and dinghy-rack information alongside marina project notices. Use those specific resources to establish current availability and requirements. The Downs Devilrays describe themselves as the community swim team, with activities intended to bring neighbors together through swimming. Follow the team’s own registration and seasonal information before planning participation.

Add a public park outing

In the broader area, Generals Highway Corridor Park at 1758 Crownsville Road offers disc golf, a trail, playing fields and a playground. It is a county-managed alternative for an outdoor gathering or activity that does not depend on a neighborhood amenity arrangement. Choose the named park when navigating, since Downs on the Severn and the county’s Downs Park in Pasadena are different places.
