Snowden River Parkway Corridor
The Snowden River Parkway area links Columbia recreation and commercial destinations with ongoing work on pedestrian and bicycle connections.
Snowden River Parkway is a useful reference for destinations in this part of Columbia, but the final turn often leads onto another street. Supreme Sports Club is at 7080 Deepage Drive in Owen Brown, just off the parkway. Columbia Association lists a lap pool, fitness equipment and exercise programs there.
Check the facility, not only its amenity list
The operator currently says the roller-skating arena and indoor track are under renovation. That notice takes priority over the general list of club features. Use the current activity schedule and membership information when choosing a visit, especially if one of those spaces is the main reason for going.
Connections beyond the driveway
The county’s Robert Fulton Drive pathway project studies links toward Snowden River Parkway and Oakland Mills Road as part of better walking and cycling connections with Gateway. Its page distinguishes completed planning work from construction that has not been established. A proposed line on that map should not be used as a completed route.
