Seton Business Park

Seton Business Park is an employment district with light-industrial buildings and an established disability-services campus.

Seton Business Park is a named Baltimore City neighborhood adjoining Reisterstown Station, Howard Park and Grove Park. Its business-park identity is visible in the type of space offered there. Merritt Properties’ Seton building at 4820 Seton Drive is a single-story light-industrial property with loading docks, drive-in access and surface parking. The operator describes an approach from Northern Parkway and Liberty Road.

A second institutional reference is The Arc Baltimore’s Seton operation. The organization’s history records the opening of its employment center in 2000, following a 1999 groundbreaking. Its current location list places Contract Services and Seton Day Services at 6151 Metro Drive. That adds a workforce and disability-services dimension to an area that might otherwise look like a collection of anonymous industrial addresses.

Use the individual organization’s directions when visiting or arranging a delivery: Seton Drive and Metro Drive refer to different properties, and a loading entrance is not necessarily the public entrance. Job seekers and families should contact The Arc about its current services and intake arrangements; the presence of an employment center does not establish an available position or program opening.
