Neighborhood
Port Covington
Port Covington combines a south Baltimore waterfront setting with marina access by reservation, while the Baltimore Peninsula district remains a distinct local destination label.
Keep the waterfront names straight
Port Covington is the City neighborhood beside Riverside, South Baltimore, Spring Garden Industrial Area and Locust Point Industrial Area. Baltimore Peninsula is a district name used for development and destinations here, while Port Covington remains the neighborhood record. Ferry Bar Park is a named public-space reference within the City’s mapped area.
Arrange a marina arrival
Port Covington Marina offers transient dockage through its reservation system and a separate inquiry for longer stays. The operator publishes a slip map and different seasonal arrangements. Boaters should reserve the appropriate space and discuss their vessel’s needs with the marina; a marina berth is different from a public boat-launch ramp.
Use the operator for activities and events
The marina’s neighborhood page lists its address at 321 East Cromwell Street and provides routes to water-based activities and event inquiries. Pavilion rental is another separate arrangement. Choose the actual operator or event before traveling, especially when coordinating a dock reservation with a meal or gathering elsewhere on the waterfront.
