Neighborhood

O'Donnell Heights

O’Donnell Heights includes Key’s Pointe housing within a continuing phased redevelopment; later housing and park plans should be checked separately.

O’Donnell Heights sits among Graceland Park, Medford, Broening Manor and Pulaski Industrial Area on the City neighborhood map. Housing redevelopment is central to its present identity, but different parts of that work have different completion dates.

Key’s Pointe and the next phases

The current Key’s Pointe operator lists townhomes and apartments and uses 1401 Imla Street as its contact address. HABC’s approved fiscal-year 2026 plan describes additional residential phases and a central park as redevelopment work still to be advanced. Existing rental communities and future plans should therefore be considered separately when assessing the area.

A school shared with Graceland Park

The nearby Graceland Park/O’Donnell Heights school serves pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Its replacement building opened in 2020, with a design focused on energy efficiency and renewable energy. For a household considering a move, current leasing information and district enrollment checks are more useful than older descriptions of the entire site as one unchanged public-housing complex. Neither a project plan nor a neighborhood name establishes a particular home’s availability.
