Mosher

Mosher is a small west Baltimore City neighborhood beside Winchester, Franklintown Road, Bridgeview/Greenlawn, Evergreen Lawn and Rosemont Homeowners/Tenants. Live Baltimore’s profile identifies rowhouses and nearby parkland. The official neighborhood name also needs to be distinguished from Mosher Street, which continues beyond this particular boundary.

The City’s Helen Mackall Park record supplies a specific green-space reference within Mosher. A local park and the larger Gwynns Falls landscape serve different kinds of outings: use the former’s actual street setting for a neighborhood visit, and choose a designated trailhead for a longer walk farther afield.

For regional travel, MTA lists West Baltimore MARC station at 401 Smallwood Street. It is outside Mosher, so the connection from a home to the station is a separate part of the trip. Check the direction and departure before traveling, then allow for the local bus or walking portion that fits the exact address. Rail access is a useful nearby resource without making every Mosher block a station-side location.
