Choose the part of Carroll Park you need
Carroll Park is both a City neighborhood name and a large mapped public landscape beside Pigtown and New Southwest/Mount Clare. Its historic mansion, recreation spaces and golf course are different destinations within that setting. Use the particular facility name when arranging a meeting instead of treating the whole park as one entrance.
Look to the renewed recreation center
The City’s August 2024 completion announcement describes the renovated former Police Athletic League building, with a multipurpose room that can serve as a gym, classrooms and a lounge. This is a completed recreation-center project. Ask Recreation and Parks about the current activity or registration you need; later phases of broader park improvements have their own schedules.
Book golf or FootGolf separately
Carroll Park Golf Course, at 2100 Washington Boulevard, offers nine holes, rental clubs and FootGolf reservations. The operator provides tee-time booking and course information. Choose the correct activity when reserving, and use the golf entrance rather than walking across the playing course to reach another part of the park.
