Neighborhood
Carroll - Camden Industrial Area
Carroll–Camden Industrial Area is a working southwest Baltimore district, with a business association and distinct boundaries beside Carroll Park, Pigtown and the stadiums.
Start with the working district
The Carroll-Camden Business Association represents a long-established industrial renewal district south of the stadiums. Its directory includes manufacturing, logistics, services and hospitality businesses, providing a way to identify the firm behind a warehouse, workshop or public-facing venue. An association listing is an introduction to that business, not permission to enter its operating areas.
Keep the neighborhood and renewal area separate
The City’s Carroll–Camden Industrial Area adjoins Carroll Park, Pigtown, Saint Paul, Westport and the Stadium Area. Its planning-neighborhood boundary is a different reference from the association’s urban-renewal district. For a business or property inquiry, use the exact address and the relevant City record instead of relying on the district name alone.
Arrange the right kind of visit
The association offers a contact route for businesses, prospective tenants and neighborhood questions. Start there for an introduction, then confirm the destination’s own entrance and visitor process. A brewery visit, salvage-shopping trip and delivery to a working facility can require very different arrival arrangements on the same industrial street.
